The pool is open but with delimited hours for each apartment and after check-out the apartment is cleaned following the COVID hygiene regulations.

Location, price, organization, swimming-pool..
No exterior windows. Only interior ones facing the building's entrance hall and used by all the occupants coming and going. Result: curtains permanently closed. All in all, rather claustrophobic.

Very convenient location and comfortable apartment with pool.
Although I had been given a PIN, which I thought was the door code, we had to wait until the time stated for our arrival and then phone the owner. We had expected to be met, but were given the door codes over the phone. However the owner was quick to answer any calls. The pool was a nice addition, very quiet during the times we used it. Some basic items were left for our use, tea/coffee, shower/washing etc. Air conditioning/ventilation worked well, once we worked out how to use it. We enjoyed our stay
Would have been nice to have been met at the stated time, as mentioned in the documentation, rather than having to make another phone call, although this was answered promptly. Also we had requested an earlier check-in, which was not possible, but there was nowhere on the property to leave any luggage until we could access the property.Although an extra loo roll and a tea towel to dry items would have been useful. An extra duvet would also have been useful.

Everything was easy and wonderful. I would recommend it and would stay there again myself.
I chose the location for the location and pool. It also had high ratings overall. The location was indeed perfect, the pool was a bit of a disappointment but it was there for use. I had the room with a terrace. The room had two showers on two floors so it turned out to be perfect for staying with a friend. The room was very clean. The bathroom and kitchen as well. The staff was helpful when needed. My friend and I locked ourselves out and had to contact the property at 1am. Despite the hours, they were there to help.
The pool is not clean. I just dipped my feet in it. There seems to be a room with a private pool. If one wants a pool to swim in, that looks to be a better option as there was someone swimming. But not the pool for everyone to use. The telephone number noted in the leaflet in the room is a wrong number. The number indicated by the main door is the correct working one.
